O’s Notes: Wayne continues to create intriguing music. He’s featured here in live sessions recorded around the world during 2002-2004. The quartet is Danilo Perez (p), John Patitucci (b), Brian Blade (d) with Wayne playing sax. Wayne wrote 5 of the 8 compositions and they are engaging and energetic. We like “Joy Rider” and “Over Shadow Hill Way” best. It is a happening collection!
