O’s Notes: Blues and Ballads is a collection of scintillating titles that amplify the title courtesy of the world class trio led by pianist Brad Mehldau with bassist Larry Grenadier and Jeff Ballard on drums. The program includes seven classics starting with “Since I Fell For You” and ending with “My Valentine”. All of the songs are good encouraging listeners to sing/hum along or at least pat their feet! It has been several years since the trio’s last release but truly worth the wait!
