O’s Notes: Relaxing jazz guitar can be wonderfully therapeutic. That is so much the case that we recommend this one for the living room vs. the car in nighttime driving for obvious reasons. Joe Pass, Russell Alone, Ulf Wakenius and Jim Hall are just some of many great guitarists on this collection. Among the best tracks are Ulf’s “My Funny Valentine” and “Summertime”. We also like the Caribbean reggae feel of “Soulful Moments” with Ernest Ranglin.
