O’s Notes: Clifford Lamb plays piano and leads a quartet with Cindy Blackman Santana (d), Buster Williams (b) and Nicholas Payton (t). Laura Vall adds vocals and Chaim Dunbar provides spoken word on the title track, a reflective statement on the current state of affairs in the USA. The total set is just under 30 minutes but is impactful. Lamb does a fine job melding all of the talent, a unifying statement,“Brothers & Sisters.
