O’s Notes: This compilation captures the spirit of Café de Flore in Paris – quite the meeting place. It’s a unique Parisian watering hole in Saint-Germain des Prés, a place where people relax, relate, create, imbibe and dine all with French spirit. There are 21 tracks including “Tomorrow Is My Turn” by Nina Simone, Brigitte Bardot singing “Les Hommes Endormis”, Eartha Kitt singing “Je Cherche Un Homme” and “Besame Mucho” with Diana Krall. The lyrics are mostly in French and well done creating the desired atmosphere and mood.
