O’s Notes: Leif (t) teams up with Ryan Blotnick (g), Landon Knoblock (keys), Michael Bates (b) and Jeff Davis (d) to make this blues infused fusion set. They simmer down a bit on “Tired”, a rather relaxing tune along with “My Ideal” showcasing Arntzen’s mellow tone complimented by Blotnick. The combination of the mellow songs with the slow blues of songs like “Street Dog” makes this one a winner.
