O’s Notes: This is an excellent combination of rich vocals & swinging music. Barbara selects Chick Corea’s compositions as inspiration and stays with the rhythms as if they were her own. Chico Huff brings a cool Latin feel on four of the tracks including “The Reason Why”, a strong song including a nice violin solo by John Blake.
