O’s Notes: Gloria does double duty on her debut as a leader with warm vocals plus swinging piano. She adds Yoron Israel (d) and Ron McClure (b) along with nice accents from Eddie Henderson’s cool muted trumpet. The songs are popular standards and jazz classics coming together to form an easygoing program that is very inviting.
