O’s Notes: Veteran jazz guitarist Steve Khan had an abundance of music for his 2005 recording, The Green Field but they were “in the zone” and took advantage of it recording Henry Mancini’s “Dreamsville”. It is released as a single now, 20 years later with all its splendor! Steve’s accompaniment is John Patitucci (b), Jack DeJohnette (d) and Manolo Badrena (perc). It’s noteworthy.
