O’s Notes: Scott plays saxophones, bass clarinet and leads a strong band including guitarist Larry Koonse. John Daversa (t, flugelhorn) is a featured guest on two selections notably “Maybe Later”. Jeppesen composed all of the music except for two covers. The music is jazz-fusion with a dose of Latin rhythms. It works well especially on “”No Drama”, “Overlapping Conversations” and the title track.
