O’s Notes: Guitarist and composer Jim Robitaille leads a jazz-fusion trio with bassist Tom Casale and Chris Poudrier on drums. They play 8 originals and two covers for Sonic, the latest release from Robitaille. There is a level of respect between the musicians that allows ample individual expression and seamless transitions. Of note are the relaxing “Central Park West”, “All Blues”, and the title track.
