O’s Notes: Guitarist Costas Baltazanis composed all of the music on End of Seas, a nine song session that is a bit introspective on the first two tracks before transitioning to the explosive “Berlin Sky” and “Nairobi Kiss”, both songs with transitional character. We liked the mellow peacefulness of “Harlem West” and the calypso beats on “Between Two Bridges”. There is a lot of character on this recording owed to the depth of Baltazanis’ writing. We enjoyed the package and anxiously anticipate a follow up.
