O’s Notes: Entremundo is a unique blend of Oriental and Latin music forms with pleasing results. The core of the band is Jorge ‘Negrito’ Trasante (d, percussion), Antonio Ruiz ‘Kiko’ (g) and leader Garcia-Fons (b, vocals). Seven additional musicians who help bring a worldly feel to the session join them. They play with great precision throughout the set. We especially like “Cristobel” and “Rosario” showcasing nice bowing techniques form Renaud. The mood is racy without running away from the listener.
