O’s Notes: This is a good mix of eight tunes culminating with “I Wish I Knew”, a soothing ballad. Jon plays sax and wrote most of these compositions. He’s done so while keeping the interests of his band members at heart. Nir Felder (g), Garth Stevenson (b), Leo Genovese (p) and Ziv Ravitz (d) all make strong contributions during the session. They have played with Jon since they were all students at Berklee. The tranquility of “Really” and most of the other ballads make this a set to chill with.
