O’s Notes: A good CD starts with good selections; these are great. The next ingredient is strong musicians; Tommy’s excellent sax plus five other polished musicians are right on. The tempo and the mood are varied but the results are constant: tastefully enjoyable with something for everybody. It is a suitable backdrop for many occasions, including deep listening.
