O’s Notes: Marty sings within a narrow vocal range but manages to deliver a large dose of inner feelings on these bluesy ballads. There is some excellent work on guitar from Greg Skaff, on top of a tight rhythm section and nice accents from Herb Pomeroy (t) and Houston Person (s).
