O’s Notes: Acoustic guitarist, Nigel Clark hails from Scotland with a mix of original and standard tunes. His jazz inspiration comes from Charlie Parker “East of the Sun” and pianists like Bill Evans “How Deep Is The Ocean”. But he also draws from Latin jazz on the notable “Sakura Samba” and some flamenco. Nigel’s hybrid style comes across the Atlantic with this release.
