O’s Notes: Vocalist Mary Panacci has a soft voice and a laid back style. It bodes well on this collection of classic ballads, bossa nova and jazz standards. John Alcorn joins her at the microphone for “How About You” and Luis Mario Ochoa (g) sings with Mary on “I Wish You Love”. 5-Year old Natalie Panacci does the opening chorus on “Almost Like Being In Love” followed by a proud mommy! Arranger, Mary’s husband Anthony Panacci, mans the piano and accordion. Lenny Solomon (violin) leads a fine string section on several songs. Mike Murley (sax), Shelly Berger (b) and Kevin Dempsey (d) are among the fine musicians who support Panacci on Her Perfume, a fine recording.
