O’s Notes: This is club style jazz featuring Jay on piano and vocals. She’s joined by Ted Klum (b) and Ken Tubbs (g) with Jeff Ballard and Eric Halvorson splitting duty on drums. Ted also adds a cool tenor sax to complement Jay on the opener, “I Wish You Love”. They swing hard on tunes like “I’ll Remember April” and simmer on “I Didn’t Know What Time It Was” – 9 classic tracks performed well.
