O’s Notes: Housewarming is true to its title as pianist Jeremy returns with his well-knit trio including Lucas Pino on woodwinds and singer Nancy Harms. They are a soft engaging core that made us forget the absence of a drummer or bassist. They play thirteen selections, mostly Siskind’s original songs and infuse three guests vocalists for added dimension. Peter Eldridge and Kurt Elling sing two selections each and Kendra Shank sings on “Ghost Story”. The effect is a multi-dimensional series of lullabies centered on the security of home.
