O’s Notes: The title and CD photo suggest this may be a fun CD and indeed it is. There are nine swinging classics featuring Ken Hitchcock on sax and Sue Halloran’s delightful cabaret-styled vocals. They combine mellow ballads and blues with humorous lyrics like the title track where Sue is challenging Bobby Flay. We don’t know how well she does in the kitchen but she sets the table for Hitchcock to cook and he does that repeatedly during this entertaining session!
