O’s Notes: Charnett is one of the finest bassists on the jazz scene today. He plays both acoustic and electric bass and even sings a couple of tunes on Internet, a neobop/fusion recording. Moffett wrote all of the tunes except one and he brings a very fresh set of songs onto the scene. We will certainly hear some of these again.
