O’s Notes: Tom has a smooth raspy voice that gives him a unique signature. A polished orchestra including strings backs him. He is a delight to listen to especially on songs like the title track, “Born To Be Blue” and “I Still Feel That Way”. I’ve Got Your Number is a collection of classic tunes and “Summer Dress” the lone original that stands up in this repertoire. We’ll keep this one in the rotation for a while.
