O’s Notes: Len Bryant was inspired to play music as an adult and we are glad he did. His work on drums and singing on this session are very good. He is accompanied by bassist Charles Fambrough, Bill O’Connell (p) and Ralph Bowen on sax. All are strong musicians. Together they give us eight strong tracks starting with the title track and moving on through “Hello”, the soulful “Shake A Lady” and a cool “Funny Valentine”. These arrangements feel fresh and had us pressing replay.
