O’s Notes: James Martin is a passionate, contemporary jazz saxophonist, singer and composer based in New Orleans. He gets right down to business on “Out the Gate” bringing wallflowers to the dance floor. That’s followed by “Rectify” where we get a sample of his soulful vocals and we’re hooked! We also enjoyed “Exit Signs” and “Leaf in a Hurricane”. Keep Movin’ is James’ third album and our first listen. It won’t be our last!
