O’s Notes: Manhattan Transfer veteran vocalist Bentyne sings a happy set of thirteen classics. She starts with “Let Me Off Uptown”, a swinging number featuring Jack Sheldon (t, vocals). The musical accompaniment is excellent, matching the warmth of Cheryl’s voice. And as each of the songs blend into each other, the ‘swing’ continues. She’s romantic on “It Shouldn’t Happen To A Dream” and joyful throughout.
