O’s Notes: Tom (b) leads a quartet with John Knific (p), Keith Hall (d) and Chris Beckstrom (sax). They play seven tunes including three originals. Our favorites are “Eleanor Rigby”, “Home Bass” and “Can A Good Thing Last Forever”. Tom has a cool sense of swing that keeps the music flowing from start to finish. He holds the band together allowing his band mates to do their thing especially Beckstrom.
