O’s Notes: Danny leads the way on baritone and soprano sax along with Tony Germain or piano. They play mostly standards with a few originals on ten tracks. The band feels larger but this duo gets the job done very well. Harrington tames his baritone to make it ready for romance on many of the ballads. He does this while retaining the characteristic throaty sound.
