O’s Notes: Guitarist, composer and producer Mike Moreno forms a quartet with pianist Aaron Parks, bassist Doug Weiss and Eric Harland on drums. Mellow tones grace the “Intro” bleeding into “The Hills Of Kykuit”, a song that resonates with rich tones shared by Parks and Moreno. We also enjoyed “The Last Stand” and “The Empress”, both fitting in to the relaxed theme of Lotus.
