O’s Notes: Dan is a keyboard master and leader of his band, The Gestalt. They are a modern jazz/fusion band presenting us with a fresh sound. They play eight selections including “Vibrant Phases” featuring vocalist Kristin Young. Our favorites are “Why is a Crooked Letter”, “Relish Your Fears” and “Conexions” with the blended lead line shared by Jessica Lurie (sax) and Adrian Mira (cl).
