O’s Notes: Keith is a graduate and a music teacher at the University of North Florida. He is an educator who can play as well as teach! These compositions could be classified as fusion but are more modern jazz. They have complexity yet are not inaccessible to the majority of listeners. The band is tight all the way around. It’s a cool set combining upbeat songs like the title track with more mellow ballads like “Symbiotic Interlude” and cool jazz like “In Essence”. We liked it.
