O’s Notes: My Life in Music is a journey through the life of Argentina-born Pianist and composer Lalo Schifrin. He came of age after being ‘discovered’ by Dizzy during one of his tours through South America. His has created a wealth of jazz, classical and popular music and created many scores for the silver screen. This 4-Disc collection includes 73 tracks, an extensive but not complete sampling of his work and a testament to his role in the arts. Many will be surprised that the creator of all of these tunes is Schifrin!
