O’s Notes: Mike (t, flugelhorn) and the Jazz Forum All-Stars play nine jazz classics that are embellished with rich solos and strong rhythm. Houston Person (sax) on “The Girl From Ipanema”, Richie Hart (g) on “All Blues”, Rick Petrone (b) and Joe Corsello (d) all live up to their billing as all-stars both up front and in support of their leader Morganelli. This is a well-balanced set.
