O’s Notes: Pianist Cyrus Chestnut forms a trio with bassist Buster Williams and drummer Lenny White. They play nine selections including a couple of originals from Chestnut and one each from Williams and White. They share the stage with vibrant solos throughout starting with the opener “Mamacita” and the curtain doesn’t stop until they close the set with “Minority”. Our favorite is “I Remember” and a prime example of the musicians coming together as one.
