O’s Notes: O’s Notes: The tones are blue starting with the title track. Luca leads the melodies on guitar with Donny McCaslin (sax), Francois Moutin (b) and Dan Weiss (d) making up the balance of the quartet. Luca trades the melody with Donny on “Triangular Face”, one of the best of the set. We also enjoyed the chaotic feel of “Dumbo Cats Rats Bugs” and the mellow tones of “Camels Next”.
