O’s Notes: Land¾us plays a Steinway concert grand piano leading a trio with Palle Danielsson (b) and Jon FŠlt (d). They play nine originals and two covers, all graceful ballads that are easy to enjoy. The music is pleasing background for a dinner party with enough pizzazz to engage listeners as well. The musicians play with quiet confidence but there are also several explosive passages with quite a bit of depth. We enjoyed the well-recorded CD.
