O’s Notes: The Keystone Big Band meets up with Peter and the Wolf and Jazz! It is a unique translation of Peter and the Wolf from the musical tale by Sergei Prokofiev. One or more instruments represent each character. Piano, bass and guitar represent Peter, the star for example. The liner notes are extensive and a welcomed accompaniment as you listen to the story narrated by David Tennant with illustrations by Martin Jarrie. The band is superb and the story is classic. The presentation is excellent entertainment for jazz fans and children too!
