O’s Notes: John meshes his guitar with some fine Indian musicians playing percussion, mandolin, tabla and other Indian instruments. The performance is from his 1999 European tour. The music is rich with improvisation but remains centered on a relaxed and sedative central theme. Our favorite is the funky finale, “Finding the Way”.
