O’s Notes: Maciej plays trumpet and leads a Polish quartet with Bassist Andrzei wies, Frank Parker on drums and pianist Przemyeaw Raminiak. While we had trouble pronouncing their names, we had absolutely no problem engaging in their music, an energetic jazz-fusion with lots of sizzle. This debut was recorded in 2010 but just came to our attention this year. It is worthy of your attention and sounds the alert to be aware of jazz emanating from Poland!
