O’s Notes: This is a tribute to Maxine Sullivan, one of the most natural jazz singers of all time. She was always focused and more interested in delighting the audience than wowing them with airs. Sullivan was an idol for Sally Stark, who has a rich voice that matches well with these ten classic songs.
