O’s Notes: KaroliNa is a very talented vocalist and producer with a lot of great musician friends. She also plays viola on three selections. The band featured here reads like a team of all-stars including bassist Darek ‘Oles’ Oleszkiewicz, Peter Eskine (d, perc), guitarist Larry Koonse, pianist Tom Ranier and percussionist Alex Acuna. Songs of Hope is a collection of romantic lullabies that are soothing and insightful. Naziemiec sings lyrics convincingly in English and in French making this a compelling performance.
