O’s Notes: Lynne has a soft airy voice that she spreads across eleven Christmas classics including a few of her own. The differentiation starts on “Baby It’s Cold Outside” a vocal duet with Kevin Whalum and continues with several standout collaborations. Our favorites are “Christmas Time Is Here” with Keith Fiddmont (sax), “This Christmas” featuring Everette Harp (sax, EWI) and the original spiritual “A King Is Born Today”.
