O’s Notes: Gil was one of the hottest young guitarists on the scene touring with Blood Sweat and Tears in 2001 when tragedy struck. He hand was severely injured in an assault. He had reconstructive surgery and after years of practice and therapy he has reemerged with even greater prowess on his instrument.
