O’s Notes: Jan’s voice is pleasant, warm and clear. She is well supported by her trio: Jamie Findlay (g), Benjamin May (b), Kendall Kay (d) and special guest Alex Acuña (perc). The program is fifteen classics like “Deed I Do”, “Skylark”, “Lullaby Of Leaves” and the bossa nova beats of the title track. There is some background noise that creeps in on the soft passages of an otherwise very good recording. We found it to be satisfying journey bouncing along through the seasons.
