O’s Notes: He opens with “Uptown Express” a swinger that made me want to dance! It sets the stage for what turns out to be a solid set. Jeff plays guitar and struts his stuff well, emulating Wes Montgomery “On the Wes Side” and proliferating his signature contemporary sound. Euge Groove (sax), Steve Ferrone (d) and Brian Culbertson (keyboards) are part of a strong band that rounds out a sizzling set!
