O’s Notes: Bobby is a good old-fashioned soul singer! He navigates his way through thirteen classic tunes, mostly by others but including a few of his own notably “Sunny”, a duet with Astrid North. While this is Bobby’s first recording in many years, he still has a groove that reminds us of the magic from the golden years. Other strong songs are the Lou Rawls classic “When Love Goes Wrong” and the swinging “Bound By Love”.
