O’s Notes: J. Peter Schwalm is a talented musician, composer and producer. All of the music on The Beauty of Disaster is original with Peter playing guitar, keyboards, drums, synths and mixing modules. Several guest artists join him over the nine selections adding further embellishments to a rather eclectic set. The music is cinematic, somewhat eerie and very dynamic. Schwalm creates a state of suspense that leads listeners to hear and visualize his moods that are true to the title.
