O’s Notes: Drummer Chad Taylor leads a trio with saxophonist Brian Settles drums and pianist Neil Podgurski. The Daily Biological is their debut and they touch a number of different perspectives in jazz with an abundance of improvisation and varied tempos. Each of the artists contributes original pieces to the mix for a very personal experience. Our favorite is “Between Sound and Silence”, the final of nine tracks.
