O’s Notes: These are two very accomplished musicians Chick on piano and Bela on banjo. They have wanted to record together for years and these duets are the fruits of the union. The music has a Latin, bluegrass feel with both musicians racing through the melodies. Among the best of the eleven songs were “Joban Dna Nopia” and the dashing exchanges of “Children’s Song #6”. Both Corea and Fleck expanded their horizons on The Enchantment, a challenging recording mastered by two well-respected pros.
