O’s Notes: Andrea is a German vocalist with a strong stage voice. She takes us back in time to the early 1900’s with renditions of a dozen German songs. The lyrics are in both German and English. The spirit is jovial and the beats punctuated and this generation of musicians feels at ease with the material including a bit of klezmer music. The band behind Fultz is Michael Patri (d), Adam Shulman (p), Dina Maccabee (violin), Rob Reich (accordion) and Eugene Warren (b). Highlights are “Johnny”, “Seeruber Jenny” and “Barbara Song”.
